This week I have the honour of sharing Tracy Cooper's story. Tracy has a beautiful blog where she writes about faith, family and life as she deals with chronic pain. Since falling ill with severe chronic illness, I have discovered that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to managing chronic conditions, especially in regards to healing through diet. We each have to commit to trying anything we can and letting our bodies show us what works and what doesn't.
