Hello my friends, it's been quite a while since I' Hello my friends, it's been quite a while since I've posted on this profile! How are you doing?

A lot has happened over the past few years and much has changed in my life. I posted updates in my profile highlights if you're interested.

Most recently, about 2 months ago, we moved to a new house, in a new city, so I've been dealing with the repercussions of that along with all sorts of other things that are outside of my control.

Enjoying the new place though. A change of scenery is always good and the air is different here. We are at the coast now, which I love!

I've been struggling a bit lately though, as many of you probably know from experience, winter is harder, so just looking forward to the spring time and the potential improvement that comes along with it.

Excited for the holidays too though, my Man will be visiting for Christmas and my family will be over too, so I'm looking forward to happy times spent all together.

I hope to be back on here more regularly in the new year, but things will need to be different. I cannot maintain the level of advovacy/content I used to post here, it was too much for me.

So my return to social media will likely be much more casual and unstructured. The website is getting a makeover too, its taken a long time and is far from done, but limited energy means everything moves at snails pace.

I'm starting to accept this slower pace, for the sake of my health, and giving myself permission to rest more and not be productive everyday. Not something that feels natural or comfortable to me, but it's necessary. I feel guilty about it, even though I know that resting is not wasteful or idle, my body needs that time to recover from activity.

I hope you are doing okay and that you find moments of relief and joy each day. Until next time. Hugs 💜
#TinyTaskTuesday 💊 Check expiry dates on all me #TinyTaskTuesday 💊 Check expiry dates on all medication or supplements. Sorry for the delay in posting this week, I had some technical difficulties yesterday morning and then my family arrived to stay over for a few days, so I forgot to try again later. Such is life!

This week we are focusing on organising our medications and supplements. Making sure expired ones are thrown out and everything else is clearly labelled and easily accessible.

It's a good time to make a list of any that will need to be refilled soon.

I did this tiny task while refilling my weekly pillbox as I was already opening each bottle. I removed any old supplements and made notes of any that will need to be reordered within the next week or two.

You'll see in the last picture, we label the lids with a sharpie since we store our supplements and medications in plastic drawers where only the tops are visible. This way we can easily find what we're looking for.

We use a dark marker on the light lids and a silver marker on the dark lids. Correction fluid, nail varnish and paint pens will also work on the plastic and metal lids if you don't have sharpies.

If you have sticky labels, you could stick one on each lid and, to save paper, just swap the lids out when you get a new bottle.

About Tiny Task Tuesday: Training ourselves to pace & break activities up into smaller tasks. Creating sanctuary at home one tiny task at a time. You're welcome to join us! You can do a different tiny task if you want to, let us know in the comments what you tackled this week. Remember to celebrate your accomplishment however big or small it might seem! 🎉

#TinyTaskTuesday 🥰 This week we're creating a c #TinyTaskTuesday 🥰 This week we're creating a cosy corner away from our beds.

Many of us spend most of our time in bed, it can become monotonous, so this week I thought it would be a good idea to create a simple but cosy spot away from my bed to give me an alternate spot where I can rest, read, see the garden and just get out of my room.

Since I walk to the living room to open the curtains, I thought I'd tidy up one spot, my spot, where I could hang out fir a while before coming back to my room, and make it as comfy as I can without expending too much energy.

I brought some books to read, pens, a journal and a decorative vase with a scented candle. A pretty coaster, a cushion and some blankets.

This sofa reclines which is perfect for me, it means I can lie down if I need to and still have a view out to the garden.

Do you have a favourite spot in the house you could spruce up and use more often?
