How can I use these graphics?

You may download these images to use on social media, print them to stick in your journal or send them to friends in an email or text. You can also pin them directly to your Pinterest boards. They’re free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To use an image, right click on it (on computer) or tap and hold on it (on phone) to open the menu, select “save image” or similar option, then share from your device as usual.

The actual size of each picture is pretty large (most will be 800×800) to allow good quality for your online use, the ones below are just thumbnails to avoid having you scrolling for days.

I spend a lot of time and energy making graphics, and I love the creative process involved! If you have found any of these images encouraging or helpful, please consider donating to my fundraiser for ME/CFS research as a way to show appreciation. Every bit helps us get closer to a cure!

Chronically Hopeful

Char was born and raised in South Africa, but has been settled in Europe for over 20 years. She's passionate about finding ways to live well, despite chronic illness.

Apart from blogging, she enjoys art, cooking, reading, gardening, gaming and learning new things. She speaks English, Italian and Afrikaans fluently and is slowly learning French too.

She used to be a teacher, but has been housebound with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis since 2015. Since then, she's focused on spending the little energy and strength she has each day on the people and activities she loves. Finding joy in the little things and celebrating the ordinary.

  1. This is a wonderful idea, and there are some really beautiful quotes here. I love the one about when life knocks you down, roll over and look at the stars, that made me chuckle. Definitely making a note of that one and sharing 🙂
    Thanks!
